At Country Calling, we want everyone to be able to enjoy the music, the atmosphere and everything that makes our festival special.

We know that accessibility looks different for everyone, and we’re committed to doing everything we reasonably can to make Country Calling an enjoyable and comfortable experience for all our festivalgoers.

We’re a festival in a field, so we want to be honest about what that means. The main arena site is reasonably flat, but it is still an outdoor festival environment, and ground conditions can change depending on the weather. A dry, hard field makes getting around much easier, while prolonged wet weather can make some areas more challenging for wheelchair and mobility scooter users.

We’ll continue to work hard to make the site as accessible as possible, while being open about the practical limitations of a festival in a field.

ACCESSIBLE CAMPING & LIVE-IN VEHICLES

We have dedicated accessible camping and live-in vehicle spaces located closest to the main festival entrance.  These areas are designed to make getting to and from the festival site and its facilities as straightforward as possible.

Accessible camping and live-in vehicle areas also have access to:

• Accessible toilets

• Accessible showers

• Close proximity to the main festival entrance

• Easy access to the main festival site

If you require an accessible camping or live-in vehicle space, please book a standard pitch, once you have your booking number please contact our customer service team at info@country-calling.com and they will be able to reserve your accessible space.

ACCESSIBLE TOILETS & SHOWERS

Accessible toilets are available across the festival site, including within the accessible camping and live-in vehicle areas.  Accessible showers are also available within the camping area.

We understand that being close to suitable toilet facilities can be particularly important for some festivalgoers, so our accessible camping and live-in vehicle spaces are located as close as possible to the main entrance and facilities.

MAIN STAGE VIEWING PLATFORM

We have a dedicated accessible viewing platform at the Main Stage for wheelchair users.  The platform provides an elevated and unobstructed view of the stage, allowing wheelchair users to enjoy the performances without having to rely on finding space within the general audience.  Accessible toilets are also located close to the Main Stage viewing platform.

OTHER STAGES

Our other stages are generally much smaller and lower-level than the Main Stage.  The festival site is reasonably flat, and under normal ground conditions, wheelchair and mobility scooter users should be able to access the other stages.  As with the rest of the site, accessibility can be affected by weather and ground conditions. If we experience significant rainfall, some areas of the festival site may become more difficult to navigate.

WHEELCHAIRS & MOBILITY SCOOTERS

Wheelchairs and mobility scooters are welcome at Country Calling.  The suitability of a particular mobility aid will depend on the individual, as well as the weather and condition of the ground during the festival.

We recommend considering the conditions of an outdoor festival site when deciding which mobility equipment is most suitable for you.  If you have any concerns about getting around the site or have specific requirements, please contact our Customer Service Team before the festival. We’ll always do our best to provide you with the information you need to make an informed decision about attending.

ASSISTANCE DOGS

Registered assistance dogs are welcome at Country Calling.  If you are attending with an assistance dog, we ask that you contact our Customer Service Team in advance so that we can understand your requirements and make sure we can provide any appropriate support.  Unfortunately, other dogs are not permitted on the festival site.

GETTING AROUND THE FESTIVAL

Country Calling takes place across an outdoor festival site, rather than a purpose-built venue.  The site itself is reasonably flat, and we work to keep routes as accessible as possible. However, the condition of the ground will always be a factor.  In 2026, we were fortunate to have dry conditions, which meant the field was hard and easy to navigate. We had several wheelchair users attending the festival, and we spoke with many of them throughout the weekend to get their feedback. The feedback we received was very positive.  We know that everyone's experience will be different, and we’ll continue to learn from our festivalgoers and look at ways we can improve accessibility year after year.
