Bring your own tent and settle into our dedicated camping area for the full Country Calling weekend.

 

Arrive Friday afternoon and stay through to Monday morning, enjoying a true festival experience surrounded by fellow campers.

 

With a well-organized space, easy access to amenities, and plenty of room to relax or socialize, it’s the perfect base to make the most of the weekend while fully immersing yourself in the festival atmosphere.

GLAMPING

COMING SOON - Week Commencing 2nd February

Powered by Green Yurts, their beautifully styled bell tents in our exclusive glamping area offer the ultimate festival luxury experience for the full Country Calling weekend.

Designed to sleep 2–4 guests, each tent includes a choice of bed configurations with plush 3-inch foam mattresses, a luxury linen pack (13.5 tog duvet, blankets, two pillows per person and a bath towel) soft furnishings, an entrance rug, and thoughtful finishing touches throughout.

More than just accommodation, this is a comfort-led glamping experience that allows you to arrive, unwind, and enjoy the festival in style, with carefully curated services and features that make your stay effortless and unforgettable.

LIVE-IN VEHICLES

Arrive in your live-in vehicle and make yourself at home in our dedicated live-in area for the entire Country Calling weekend.

 

Available from Friday afternoon until Monday morning, each booking includes one live-in vehicle space, giving you a private and convenient spot to enjoy the festival in comfort.

 

Designed for ease and relaxation, the area is thoughtfully organized to ensure a stress-free arrival, a seamless stay, and a memorable weekend surrounded by fellow festival-goers, with access to essential amenities and services that enhance your experience.

By booking with us, you agree to our site rules designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests. We reserve the right to refuse entry or end a stay in cases of unsafe, disruptive, or rule-breaking behavior.

BOOKINGS & ARRIVAL
All stays are subject to availability and confirmation upon payment. Check-in and check-out times must be followed. Valid ID is required at arrival.

CAMPING, GLAMPING & LIVE-IN VEHICLES
Guests must use the designated areas only and care for all facilities and natural surroundings.  Waste disposal, and vehicle use must follow site guidelines. Any damage or misuse may result in additional charges.

RESPECT & SAFETY
Please respect quiet hours, fellow guests, staff, and nature. Children must be supervised at all times.

RESPONSIBILITY
Staying outdoors involves inherent risks. Guests are responsible for their own safety, belongings, and conduct during their stay.

If camping isn’t your style, Chelmsford has plenty of alternative accommodation options, from comfortable hotels to boutique stays.  Plus to make your visit even easier, we offer a free shuttle bus to and from the festival site, so you can get there and back effortlessly.
