
Alex Francis is a North London-based artist whose soulful, genre-blending sound has steadily established him as a rising star across the UK, Europe, and beyond. Originally from Hitchin, Hertfordshire, Alex first introduced himself in 2016 and has since released three EPs and multiple singles, gaining widespread recognition for his ability to bridge the gap between contemporary pop and timeless soul.
His distinctive voice and heartfelt songwriting have taken him around the globe—supporting renowned artists such as Stereophonics, James Bay, Alanis Morissette, and Sting, and performing a standout duet with Melanie C on the 2017 single Hold On. He has appeared on major stages including Hyde Park with Phil Collins, the Isle of Wight Festival (twice), Madcool Festival in Madrid, Liverpool Sound City, and SXSW in Austin, Texas.
With over 20 million Spotify streams to date, Alex’s music has been championed by BBC Radio 2, BBC Introducing, and national FM stations across Europe. In recent years, he has completed his first headline tours in the UK and Germany and has been working on new material with Grammy-winning producer Mark Taylor and songwriter Patrick Mascall, recorded at Metrophonic Productions.
